While the global development of its primary customers, automakers, gains speed, Fuserashi has expanded its network around the world to include branches in the US, China and Thailand. Fuserashi will build production bases that enable a more efficient supply of its products. Here is a description of our commitment.

Fuserashi's Manufacturing

Our plant production equipment and the superior forming technology that backs it are the backbone of Fuserashi's operations. They are our most important assets. In addition to the cold, warm and hot forming technologies fundamental to molding, we use cold forging as a basic molding technique. These technologies are incorporated into our specialized production line equipment, complementing the NC lathes, grinders, tapping equipment and heat treatment facilities used for finishing our products.
At Fuserashi, we have developed these technologies and machines over many years. By setting them to specific tasks and combining them with other devices, we can mass produce a variety of parts in an efficient, economical manner. This is how we meet all of our customers' needs as a total parts manufacturer.

Cold Forming

We consecutively cut coiled material into blanks at room temperature and, transferring the cut blanks, form them into finished products in multiple stages (4-6 stages).

Hot Forming

Bar/coil materials are heated to 1260°-1280°C, and continuously cut into blanks. These blanks are then transferred and formed into finished products in multiple stages (3 stages).

My Press

After cold or hot forming, the products undergo precision forging in order to be formed into complex shapes and meet highly precise dimension requirements.

Tapping

Female threads are made by automatically tapping at the hole of the semi-processed products created by cold forming, hot forming and MP.
