During our entire process—from the development stage to production—Fuserashi carries out quality assurance activities using strict evaluation standards.

By building a comprehensive ‘Quality Control System’ centered on our Quality Control Department, Fuserashi responds to the drastically changing global environment and strives to offer high-quality and high value-added products to satisfy customer demands.

Vibration Tester

After giving repeated shocks at a right angle to the axis of bolts and nuts fixed to vibration barrels, we inspect whether the bolts and nuts have become loosened.

Torque tension tester

This equipment checks nuts’ tightening torque, axial tension, thread torque, bearing surface friction, thread-friction etc. Nuts and bolts are usually tightened by applying specified torques. This equipment can inspect nuts to a maximum nominal value of M50.

Universal load tester

Combining crosshead motions with a variety of jigs, this tester can apply various kinds of torsion tension, compression,bending, and shearing to testing samples in order to detect the respective stress via a load cell.

3D Coordinate Measuring Machine

Coordinate values of X, Y and Z can be measured. A scanning probe enables the quick collection and calculation of data on the outlines and shapes of all products, including tools with complex forms, and evaluates their geometric characteristics.

Contracer

By tracing the surface of measurement samples with a sensing pin, the outline can be magnified and recorded.
The sensing pin can move along the outline of samples, and this instrument can measure any angle, radii, or level difference in products. Moreover, it is possible to calculate fictional points and collate the data with design specifications.

Surface Roughness Checker

This instrument quantifies the roughness of surfaces for machined products using a prescribed analyzing method.
In order to accurately measure roughness, the shape of the sensing pin, measurement force, filter and the parameter definition are strictly set according to product specifications.
